Dahlia Tubers
We work very hard to ensure top quality of our dahlia tubers and do not sell any tubers we would not happily grow on our farm. We guarantee that our tubers have at least one eye, have a healthy body, and are true to their name/variety ordered. Please do not email about size of your tuber- dahlia growers should know that size does not matter if the tuber is healthy! Broken skin around the neck of a tuber does not mean the neck is broken- it is simply an imperfection. We assure that tuber necks are stable and unbroken before sending them to you. We save the smallest, most imperfect dahlia tubers for ourselves. Inspect your tubers upon arrival and reach out via email within 5 days of your order arriving if you have concerns. After 5 days, you accept full responsibility for your tubers. Please plant your tubers after your USDA growing zone’s last frost date and follow our detailed instructions included with purchase. We are not responsible for damage to tubers due to weather conditions, rodents, poor customer care, plant performance, or soil conditions leading to tuber rot or failure. We assure you that our tubers are healthy; however, we do not refund for suspected viruses as growing environments are not sterile and virus spreads easily by insects and/or your shears.
Tubers only ship within the US at this time.
Seeds
Seeds are nonrefundable due to the many factors that affect germination and successful seed sowing. Many seed starting problems can be remedied by setting up a proper seed starting area and reviewing our free resources before sowing any seeds. Using high quality seed starting mix and providing adequate amounts of light, water, and consistent temperatures will be critical to seed starting success. Fleur is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from crop failure or disturbances in weather.
